Privacy & Shop Policies

These policies explain how CoreyXYPrinting handles website inquiries, customer-supplied files, quotes, custom print orders, and order concerns.

Effective date: June 30, 2026

Your information

Privacy Policy

Information collected

When you use a quote or contact form, email CoreyXYPrinting, or place an order, you may provide information such as your name, email address, shipping ZIP or address, project notes, model files, shared-file links, material preferences, quantity, and order communications.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, medical records, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the website forms or inside uploaded files.

How information is used

  • Review requests, prepare quotes, and communicate about projects.
  • Produce, deliver, support, or repeat approved orders.
  • Maintain business records, prevent abuse, resolve concerns, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Understand basic website performance and improve the customer experience.

Form processing and website analytics

Website forms are processed by Formspree. Submitted form information and uploaded files may be stored in Formspree systems and delivered by email so the request can be reviewed.

The website uses Cloudflare for security, delivery, and privacy-focused performance analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects limited technical and performance information and is not used by CoreyXYPrinting for behavioral advertising. You can review Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Sharing and selling

CoreyXYPrinting does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website, process forms or payments, communicate, ship an order, protect the business, or comply with law.

Payments

This website does not collect payment-card numbers. If you approve a quote and pay through an invoice or third-party payment service, that provider processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Retention, security, and your choices

Project files and communications may be retained as reasonably needed for quoting, production, repeat orders, support, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no email, file-transfer method, or online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information held directly by CoreyXYPrinting. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for completed transactions, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.

Custom printing

Shop Policies

Submitting a request does not obligate you to purchase. A job begins only after the quote, scope, material, timing, and delivery details are confirmed and payment is received or another arrangement is agreed to in writing. Approving and paying a quote confirms acceptance of the applicable shop policies below.

Customer-supplied files and ownership

  • You must own the submitted design or have permission to reproduce it.
  • CoreyXYPrinting provides printing from customer-supplied files and does not generally provide original CAD design services.
  • A printability review is not an engineering certification, safety approval, or guarantee that the design will fit or perform as intended.
  • CoreyXYPrinting may decline work involving unclear ownership, weapons, regulated or prohibited items, unsafe applications, or content that may violate another party’s rights.

Quotes, estimates, changes, and payment

Website calculator results and informal discussions are estimates only. Final pricing and turnaround are confirmed after reviewing the file, quantity, material, quality, supports, cleanup, delivery, and current production queue.

Request changes before approving the quote whenever possible. Changes after approval may require a revised price or delivery date. If material has been used or production has started, cancellation or refund availability will be determined case by case based on work already completed and costs already incurred.

Custom-part variation and intended use

Layer lines, support marks, seams, slight color variation, and normal dimensional variation are inherent to fused-filament 3D printing. Material colors shown on screens may not exactly match the finished part. Critical dimensions, tolerances, loads, heat exposure, outdoor use, chemical exposure, and cosmetic requirements must be identified before the quote is approved.

Unless specifically agreed to in writing, parts are not certified for medical, food-contact, life-safety, automotive safety, pressure-containing, electrical-safety, or other safety-critical applications.

Returns, damage, production problems, and reprints

Because each part is made to order from a customer-supplied file, returns or refunds are generally not available for a change of mind or for problems caused by the supplied design, measurements, fit assumptions, or undisclosed use requirements.

If an item arrives damaged, is missing, or appears to have a production error, contact CoreyXYPrinting promptly with photos, packaging details, and a description of the concern. The issue will be reviewed against the approved quote and file. When CoreyXYPrinting is responsible for a confirmed production error, an appropriate remedy—such as a corrected reprint, replacement, or refund—will be determined based on the circumstances.

Shipping and local pickup

Shipping estimates are not carrier guarantees. CoreyXYPrinting is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside reasonable control, but will assist with available tracking or carrier-claim information. Wilmington, Delaware pickup is available by appointment when agreed to in advance.
